Mayo, Leah Custis Upshur, 1796-1840
Leah Custis Upshur was born in 1796 to Littleton Upshur I and Ann “Nancy” Parker. She was the first wife of Peter Poythress Mayo, whom she married on July 7, 1824. Together they had seven children. Leah died on January 10, 1840.
