Done, Margaret Waters, 1790-1813
Margaret Waters Done was born on September 5, 1790, in Somerset Maryland to John Done and Patience Bayly. During her marriage, they enslaved fourteen people in their household. She died at the age of 23 on October 24, 1813, with her mother following in November of the same year. Elizabeth Upshur Teackle mentions both deaths in her letter to her sister, Ann Upshur Eyre, dated November 22, 1813.
