Upshur, William Brown, 1801-1884

William Brown Upshur was born at Brownsville, the son of John Upshur and Elizabeth Brown Upshur. He married Catherine Teackle Neale in 1851 in Northampton County. He enslaved thirty-five people in his household in 1860.
