Tilghman, William H., c. 1784-1863

William Hemsley Tilghman was born on December 16, 1784, in Talbot County, Maryland, to Col. Peregrine Tilghman and Deborah Lloyd. He married Maria Lloy Hemsley sometime around 1804. There are no known children. He died in December of 1863 in Talbot County, Maryland. (98% sure this is the correct William H. Tilghman.)
