Dear Cousin

Kate recd. a kind note from you, which she has neglected to answer, the regret not having rooted grape Vines for you, cuttings put out in the Spring at the proper season, are not difficult to raise, and we have them at your disposal. Why do you and Upshur not come over to see us, we shall always be glad to see you. Kate is not very well.
