Geo Town Cola. Decr 10th 1809

Dear Charles

I send you the Deed which you sent me down to have executed, which I did, and as you will please to observe is in due time Recorded in the County where the Estate lies; I believe it is now exactly, as drawn by Mr Chs. Chauncy; If you on reviewing it think That it does not fulfill my engagement to Mr. Paraish, I will execute another to the full effect thereof as you may direct. I should have sent it earlyer, but have waited an opportunity free of Postage. Intending to write you in a seperate Sheet, I have only to express my Parental affection for you and yours.
