Kendall Grove
Kendall Grove is named for George Kendall, who in 1784 left the property to his fiancée, Margaret Eyre of Eyre Hall. Margaret subsequently married Judge George Parker, and they named the home they built in 1813 in honor of George Kendall's memory. Their son, Severn Eyre Parker inherited the home, which was subsequently owned by his daughter, Catherine Parker Costin. The plantation is located near Eastville, Virginia.
