Campbell, Andrew Donaldson (Hamilton), ca.1808/9-1864
Andrew Donaldson (Hamilton) Campbell was the fourth son of Andrew Donaldson Campbell and Jane Hamilton. He was born in either 1808 or 1809, likely in Cumberland. He moved to Ontario, Canada to escape the stigma of his illegitimate birth and begin anew, with his brothers, John and James. He married Bethia Nisbett Bell and had one son, Thomas Nesbitt Campbell. Both James and Andrew are named in the will of Andrew Donaldson Campbell, their father. Andrew D. (Hamilton) Campbell died in 1864 and is buried in McDowall Memorial Cemetery in Sandhurst, Ontario, Canada, near his brothers.
