Blake, Sarah Stanton, 1786-1863

Letter from Sarah S. Pickering to Elizabeth Ann Upshur Teackle Quinby. She writes about the death of Mrs. Joshua Blake. She provides updates on family members and states that they have not been able to locate the miniature Elizabeth was asking for, but they will continue to look for it. Part of the letter is written as a crossed letter, where vertical and horizontal lines of text overlap.
