Wilson, William Witherspoon, 1766-1820

William Witherspoon Wilson was born in Somerset County, the son of Denwood Wilson and Margaret Skirven. He married Peggy Custis Tompkins in Northampton County on January, 15, 1795, and they had five children. He's buried at Wellington Cemetery in Northampton County, Virginia.
