Fowler, Richard, 1773-1870

Richard Fowler was born in Eastchester, New York, the son of Soloman and Sarah Hunt Fowler. His sister Sarah Fowler married Lewis Honore Guerlain in 1795. He's buried at Saint Paul's Church Cemetery in Westchester County, New York.
