Teackle, James Justice, 1785-1828

Colonel James Justice Teackle was born in Accomack County, the son of Lt. Arthur Teackle and Elizabeth Parker Teackle. He married Ann Scarburgh in 1805, and they had at least one child. He was the brother of John Teackle of Kegotank.
