Dear C:

Since I wrote you this day I have had occasion to draw a Bill on you for 137 12/100$., in favor of a young man from this place who is attending the Lectures in your City. I have a considerable article of goods in Baltim chiefly of articles suitable for the Navy (copper canvas, &c &c) for which I hope to obtain the Cost from the Dept.
