July 6^th '12

This day’s mail brought me your enclosure of the Panharmonicon. I am extremely anxious to hear how you passed the 4th of July. I was really uneasy, after having heard that the demon threaten’d hard what they wou’d do.

I have not yet rec’d your letter by Fountain, nor the articles you sent by him. I suppose in a few days he will send his scow up to Town.

Papa is here, and in about a fortnight I expect Eliza and my sister up.

I wish you to write me by the next mail what you have done with Sarah and Ephraim.

Please deliver the enclosed to cousin Rachel. I feel not in the writing humour so must conclude. God bless you
